# Sales Kriya — Terms of Service (DRAFT for review)

## 1. What Sales Kriya is

Sales Kriya is a personal assistant for salespeople. You give it material from your working life — call transcripts, notes, emails you forward, documents you upload — and it summarises calls, scores them, drafts follow-ups, and keeps a memory of your accounts.

It is a tool. It does not make decisions for you, and its output is a starting point you are expected to review.

## 2. Your account

- One account is for one person. Do not share sign-in links.
- You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms.

## 3. Your content, and the promise you make to us

You keep ownership of everything you put into Sales Kriya. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.

**You promise that you have the right to give us the material you upload.** This matters, so it is worth being plain about it:

- If a call recording, transcript, email or document belongs to your employer or a client, you are confirming that you are allowed to put it here.
- If your employer's policies, your employment contract, or a confidentiality agreement forbid it, do not upload it.
- If your jurisdiction requires consent before recording a call, getting that consent is your responsibility, not ours. Our meeting assistant announces itself when it joins.

We do not review your uploads for permission and cannot know your employer's rules. If a dispute arises between you and your employer or a third party about material you uploaded, that is between you and them.

## 4. Other people's personal information

Your material will usually contain information about other people — prospects, customers, colleagues. Where we handle that information we act on your instructions, and we describe how in our Privacy Policy.

- We do not sell it.
- We do not pool it with other customers, and we do not send it to AI providers for their own model training. We do use it to improve your own assistant — our Privacy Policy explains exactly how, and you can turn that off.
- We do not share it with other users. Each account's data is kept separate.
- If someone asks us to delete their personal information, we may contact you, and we may remove it.

## 5. Credits and payment

- There is no subscription and no platform fee.
- You pay only for what you use. Usage is charged against prepaid credit.
- New accounts receive a starting credit, which expires on the date shown in your account. Expired credit has no value and is not refundable or transferable.
- Credit is not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be spent on Sales Kriya usage.
- Prices and rates may change with notice.
- Applicable taxes, including Indian GST where relevant, are added.

## 6. What you must not do

- Upload material you do not have the right to upload.
- Upload malicious code, or attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Use the service to harass anyone, or to break any law.
- Attempt to access another user's workspace or data.
- Resell or provide the service to others as if it were your own.

## 7. AI output

Sales Kriya uses AI models. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading, including about facts, people and numbers.

**Check anything before you rely on it, send it, or act on it.** Do not treat scores, summaries or drafts as verified fact. You remain responsible for what you send to your customers.

## 8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice and let you export your data.

## 9. Ending your account

- You may delete your account at any time from within the product.
- On deletion we remove your content in line with our Privacy Policy.
- We may end your account if you break these terms, or with reasonable notice for any other reason.
- Unused credit is not refunded when you close your account voluntarily.

## 10. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

- The service is provided "as is".
- We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

## 11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Sales Kriya after that means you accept the new terms.

## 12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
